Zutaten:
- 300 ml Hafermilch
- 50 ml Wasser
- 1 TL Kurkuma Pulver
- 1/2 TL Ingwer (gerieben)
- 1/4 TL Ceylon Zimt
- 1 Prise frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
- 1 TL Natives Kokosöl
- 1 TL Ahornsirup
Anleitung:
- Heat 50 ml of water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the turmeric powder, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper into the warm water until an intense aroma rises.
- Stir for about 1 minute until a homogeneous, thick liquid forms.
- Add the coconut oil and stir until the oil is completely melted.
- Slowly pour in the 300 ml of oat milk while constantly stirring.
- Heat the mixture for about 2 to 3 minutes until fine steam rises, but do not let it boil.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the maple syrup.
- Optionally, process briefly with a frother until a fluffy crown forms.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately.
