Zutaten:

  • 300 ml Hafermilch
  • 50 ml Wasser
  • 1 TL Kurkuma Pulver
  • 1/2 TL Ingwer (gerieben)
  • 1/4 TL Ceylon Zimt
  • 1 Prise frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
  • 1 TL Natives Kokosöl
  • 1 TL Ahornsirup

Anleitung:

  1. Heat 50 ml of water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the turmeric powder, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper into the warm water until an intense aroma rises.
  3. Stir for about 1 minute until a homogeneous, thick liquid forms.
  4. Add the coconut oil and stir until the oil is completely melted.
  5. Slowly pour in the 300 ml of oat milk while constantly stirring.
  6. Heat the mixture for about 2 to 3 minutes until fine steam rises, but do not let it boil.
  7. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the maple syrup.
  8. Optionally, process briefly with a frother until a fluffy crown forms.
  9. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately.
